This is a family business. Whether you are obtaining a termite inspection certificate for settlement or would just like to have your home inspected, American Pest Control guarantees a thorough inspection of the property, an honest assessment of any wood destroying organisms, and fair price for treatment if you have any problems. If your home has a problem, we'll say so. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that also. Our website has pictures of bugs with explainations, so you can identify which bugs you have.

All of our inspector are certified with the Maryland Department of Agriculture. No inspector has less than 10 years experience. |

Termite Control is based on inspection of your home. Pest control, unless your house if very large or very small is $150 for the initional and $90 per quarter. Some pest are monthly and commercial properties are variable but we will give a written estimate on inspection |

Our warranties are retreatment warranties. We will continue to come back until the problem is resolved. |

The first of pest visit may take 30 to 60 minutes. Follow up services may be 15 to 39 minutes. Termite treatment is variable depending on a number of factors. We could tell you upon inspection. |

For some treatments birds and fish should not be in the house but generally we ask what type of pets you have and design the treatment for thier safety. |

We are family owned and local people rather than one of a huge nationwide company. We are ablt to give more personal and specialized service and we are able to adapt to changes in the industry very quickly. |

The rates for termite control are based on the linear footage of the home, whether the infestation if inside or only outside, how the home is constructed and which type of treatment we recommend for you home. We would need to inspect and measure. |

Our warranties are retreatment warranties. Some companies offer a damage warranty but when we look at them we find that there are many exclusion which make the warranty of little value. Basically what is given in the large print is taken away in the small print. |
