Invader Pest Management has been servicing the Valley since 1994. We perform commercial and residential pest management, termite control and weed control. Our president and owner is the current Treasurer of the Arizona Pest Management Association and very active in the industry. Our service technicians are highly trained exceeding the state minimums of 6 CEU's per year with an average of 15 CEU's per year. Yes we do, for customers who purchase a service package we have specific refund policies based on terms of the service.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
Invader Pest Management is Licensed in Pest, Termite, Weed and Turf & Ornamental pest control. Each technician is highly trained in their respective field of knowledge and acquires a minimum of 12 credit hours of education per year.

Q.	Do you offer a service maintenance agreement?
Yes we do have service maintenance agreements available. We also have plans available for those who do not wish to commit to a service plan. However, rates are normally higher for those who do not accept a service plan.

Q.	If I have a pest problem after you provide treatment, will you come back?
If you become a regular customer and have accepted a service agreement, showing our terms and treatment methods that apply to your specific needs, Yes we will come back, at no charge! "One time" services and "as call" services do not include free call backs, follow up calls will include additional fees.

Q.	If I do not see any pests can I skip a service?
In order to maintain consistent pricing throughout the year, we give our customers on service agreement better rates than those who choose one time services. In order to pass the savings along to our regular customers we do not allow skips.

Q.	How long are your service visits?
The length of a service visit depends on the severity of the pest infestation. Also, an initial service is normally longer than regular maintenance services. I would suggest that you plan for at least one hour minimum, just in case.

Q.	Is treatment harmful to pets?
We follow the labels of all pesticides that we use. Most labels have a warning statement advising to keep children and pets out of area until dry. We do strongly recommend that our customers follow any label requirements as advised by our highly trained and licensed applicators in order to protect you and your pets from any harm.

Q.	What are your rates?
We do not quote rates over the phone or the internet as it is not legal to do so in Arizona. An inspection must be made in order to present a proposal for termite control. We will do a FREE inspection!
