Yes, it's very simple. If your not totally satisfied with my service I will come back until you are or I will refund your money and recommend one of my fine competitors!

What are your rates?
Rates depend on the "footprint" of your home. Generally speaking $4-$6 per LF before any coupons are applied.

Do you offer a service maintenance agreement?
For Termite control only. Annual reinspection fee will extend your coverage year to year. Pest control agreement is easy $135 initial and $89 there after.

Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes, termite control is fully guaranteed and pest control is if your on the Tri-Annual plan

If I do not see any termites can I skip a service?
Termite control is not a monthly type treatment. A annual inspection should be all you need. If any signs of termites are noticed, then a call to us is all you need!

How long are your service visits?
60-90 minutes

How long do treatments last?
Termite control should last 5-10 years but as with any living organism things don't always go as planned. That's why we re-inspect each year.

Is treatment harmful to pets?
No. Materials used today are safe when used by label directions. Birds and fish are more suseptable and should be removed or covered during treatment
