We warranty our general One-Time pest service for 45 days. Ant control services carry a 90 day warranty. |

Yes, and at no charge. The only time we will charge extra is if there are sanitation concerns not being addressed by the customer. |

If I do not see any pests can I skip a service? |
| |
Many ask that question. Please understand that the reason you do not see pests is because of the effectiveness of our services. Should you choose to skip services, you risk allowing conditions to deveop that will promote pest population growth, which could incur an additional charge to bring under control. We do not recommend skipping services, unless of course circumstances will not allow. |

How long are your service visits? |

The length of time it takes to provide a service will vary from account-to-account. Some, by the nature of the pest problem and situation, will require more time than others will. However, for residential pest control, your initial visit will usually take 45 minutes to just over an hour. |

How long do treatments last? |
| |
This will depend on many factors: temperature, humidity, sunlight, rainfall and such. It is difficult to tell beforehand how long a given pest treatment will last. |

We select the most effective products with the minimum toxicity, in adition to using the most advanced methods to control pest problems. As a result, humans and pets have nothing to worry about. |

You may resume watering within 24 hours of our service. |

Yes. We are required by the Kansas Department of Agriculture to carry a minimum standard of insurance. Our company insurance exceeds that minimum standard. |
