Yes. If I am doing the work this is included in the proposal. For designs work only I rarely have the time, however I have provided them on occasion.

Yes, locally. If the project requires travel I charge accordingly.

I do not charge hourly.

Q.	How much notice do you need to begin a project?
It depends on the time of year. Spring and summer are busiest and require more notice. Usually 3-4 weeks.

I take great pride in my work. It is as much art and science as it is labor. Each project is a unique collaboration between me and my client.

I do not offer financing. Payment policies are flexable depending on the project.
